These Terms & Conditions govern your use of molnarleeoralsurgery.com, operated by Molnar & Lee Oral Facial Surgery and Dental Implant Center ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this website you agree to these terms. Agreeing to these terms does not enroll you in text messaging — SMS consent is collected separately, as described below.

Not medical advice

The content on this website, including recovery guides and medication information, is general information for our patients. It does not replace the specific instructions given to you by Dr. Lee or your own physician, and using this website does not create a doctor–patient relationship. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911.

SMS text messaging terms

Program. Molnar & Lee Oral Facial Surgery and Dental Implant Center sends SMS text messages to patients who have opted in. Messages include appointment reminders and confirmations, scheduling updates, pre- and post-operative care instructions, and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing or promotional texts under this program.

How you opt in. You opt in on our text message opt-in form by entering your mobile number and checking a consent checkbox. The checkbox is separate from these Terms & Conditions, is not pre-selected, and requires your affirmative action. It reads: "By checking this box, I expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Molnar & Lee Oral Facial Surgery and Dental Implant Center at the mobile number provided. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing services or receiving care. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help."

Security. Standard text messages are not encrypted. Please do not text sensitive health information; call the office instead.
