Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Molnar & Lee Oral Facial Surgery and Dental Implant Center ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with this website, molnarleeoralsurgery.com, and our text-messaging program.

Your health information as a patient is protected separately under HIPAA and is described in our Notice of Privacy Practices. If this policy and the Notice of Privacy Practices ever differ regarding your health information, the Notice of Privacy Practices controls.

Information we collect through this website

This website is intentionally simple. It has no patient accounts, no contact forms, and no advertising trackers. We collect:

• Your mobile number and SMS consent — only if you choose to submit the text message opt-in form. We record the mobile number, the date and time of your consent, the language of the form, and the version of the consent wording you agreed to. The form does not ask for your name or any health information.
• Aggregate, cookieless analytics — we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits. It does not use cookies and does not track you across sites.
• Standard server logs — our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site.

Some recovery-guide tools (for example, the surgery-date tracker) save your entries in your own browser only. That information stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Pages may display embedded content from third parties — a Google Maps map on our Contact page and a Credly credential badge on our About page. Those providers may collect information under their own privacy policies.

How we use information

• To send the text messages you consented to receive, such as appointment reminders and care-related messages.
• To keep a record of your consent and honor opt-out requests.
• To operate, secure, and improve this website.

Mobile information and SMS consent

Mobile information, including mobile numbers and SMS opt-in and consent information, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We share mobile information only with service providers that help us deliver the messages you requested — such as our practice-management and messaging platform providers and wireless carriers — and only for that purpose. All other categories of information described in this policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who support this website and our messaging (under the limits described above), when required by law, or to protect the safety and rights of our patients, staff, and practice.

Retention and security

We keep SMS consent records for as long as you remain opted in and for a reasonable period afterward to document consent and opt-out history. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website or text message is completely secure. Standard text messages are not encrypted — please do not text us sensitive health information.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them through the website. Parents and guardians manage communications for patients who are minors.
